I did manage to book my tickets in the end, so it wasn’t a total hassle or anything. But the website felt clunky and slow, and I kept wondering if it was actually working. They use the usual smooth company wording about everything being simple and seamless, but it didn’t really feel that way. Not awful, just not as easy as they make it sound.

I picked up a souvenir at the show for a fair price, i’m still happy with it months later. A lot of people around me seemed to be grabbing the flashier stuff, but I liked that this felt simple and worth it. It’s a nice little memory from the day

The crowd control at the show was a mess. It felt really unorganized, and there were a few moments where I didn’t feel totally safe... not a great experience overall.

I saw the show through gregfrewintheatre.com, and just a heads up, don’t go in expecting any slow, draggy parts where you’ll be checking your phone. The pacing was one of the best things about it, it kept moving and held my attention the whole time.
It never felt rushed or all over the place either, which I really appreciated. Everything seemed to flow naturally from one part to the next. Easy 5 stars from me, and fair warning, you might be surprised how fast it feels like it’s over

I kind of booked it without thinking too much and then immediately wondered if the food would just be “theatre food,” but I was totally surprised. We went to the Greg Frewin Theatre and the service was really solid, our server was friendly, checked in at the right times, and the food came out hot.

The portions were good, everything tasted fresh, and it just made the whole night feel easy before the show. I remember taking the first bite and thinking, oh wow, okay, this is actually really good. I’d definitely go back.

My snap judgment was that the seats were comfy. They felt good right away, though after sitting for a while they did start to feel a little tight.

The moments with the audience were probably the highlight for me because they felt natural and genuinely funny, not overly staged. My friend even got pulled up at one point and still brings it up when we talk about the night. We went for my partner’s birthday it was a bit underwhelming. The seats were okay, but the staff seemed rushed and the whole evening felt a little unorganized. The show itself was fine, haha, but for what we paid, I was hoping it would feel a lot more special.

We had a really fun night here. The animals looked happy and well cared for, and my kids were completely into the show the whole time. I’ll be honest, I never fully trust customer service at places like this to be helpful if something goes wrong, but luckily we didn’t really need them much. Overall, it was a good experience and the kids left smiling.

But he was properly laughing, like leaning back in his chair, wiping his eyes, repeating bits after the show, the whole thing. It was just a really fun night, good atmosphere, easy laughs, no awkward bits, no dead silence, no moments where you’re staring at the floor waiting for the next joke. Felt totally worth it and I’d definitely go again

I had a tiny question before booking, and they got back to me so fast it felt like they were waiting by the keyboard. They were super friendly, not awkward or pushy at all, and explained everything clearly. The whole thing was easy from start to finish. I’d definitely use them again.

Once we got settled though, I was really happy with the view. Our table was a bit off to the side, but we could still see the stage clearly with no blocked spots or having to lean around people. The setup made it easy to just relax and enjoy the show. Fun night overall, and I’d definitely sit there again...

The site just felt a little awkward to use, like small things kept getting in the way, the menus weren’t quite where I expected, some of the wording felt vague, and I found myself rereading little bits just to figure out what I was supposed to click next. Maybe it’s fine if you already know exactly what you’re looking for, but as someone just trying to browse and get clear info, it didn’t really land for me. I probably wouldn’t recommend it.

I went to the Greg Frewin Theatre last weekend one of the first things I noticed was how clean everything was. The floors, seats, and washrooms all looked really well taken care of.
The staff seemed to be on top of things too, checking around and clearing stuff away quickly. It never had that sticky or messy feeling you sometimes get at busy venues.
It just made the whole night feel more relaxed and comfortable. I left feeling really good about the experience and would definitely go back.
